Gail Paige-Bowman is a licensed clinical social worker in both New York and Connecticut and has been in private practice for 30 years focusing on mental health issues, addictions and recovery. She was ordained as an Anglican Priest in 2007. In addition to working at Pivot Ministries and overseeing the counseling department, Gail also works at the Open Door Shelter in Norwalk. Prior to becoming a therapist, Gail worked in private industry as an executive in sales, marketing and management. Gail splits her time between her New York city residence and her home in Norwalk.

Phillip R “Buck” Burnaman currently serves as Chief Risk Officer of an NYC-based investment manager. He has over 35 years of domestic and international experience in a variety of senior management positions with financial services firms, including commercial and investment banks, financial guarantors, and finance companies. He has specific expertise in real estate and asset-backed finance, including considerable time spent with distressed, bankruptcy and re-capitalization situations. He holds degrees from Harvard College and NYU.

Hans Dijs joined the board in December 2018. He was born and raised in the Netherlands and earned a Master of Economics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Since 1985, Mr. Dijs has worked as a portfolio manager at Robeco and as a client relations / institutional sales director at AllianceBernstein. Currently, he is president of his own investment management firm (Marathon Investments) and manages portfolios for individual clients and endowments.
